WHO WE ARE:

In 2001 five carpet cleaners and attended a tradeshow in Colorado Springs, Co. Together we visited all of the booths and quickly realized that by ordering as a group we were offered the same pricing that distributors were given.

We took this information and went to work, we started contactd many of the major OEM's and negotiated pricing. Today we have access to nearly any product you need, at a substantially discounted price.

What lead us here:

Observing that buying from the competition was counter-productive to our customer's success. Recognizing that there was a distinct need for one place to buy all of the equipment our customers needed. Believing there had to be a better way to pass manufacturer pricing on to our customers.

Shipping Information:

Because Carpet Cleaner Direct researches the best price available on items, there are times that the lead time may be as high as 8 days before shipping. However, our average ship time to date is 72 hours.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If a product is not as described by our sales staff then we will issue a full refund on the product and freight. If the customer decides they do not want our product within 3 days of receipt and the product is in new, unused condition, then we will refund the customer the cost of the item, but the customer must pay freight.

If you do not choose a shipping option on checkout, you will be emailed at the provided email address when we recieve your order. We will include a request for your payment information and your preferred method of shipping. Your order will be put on hold until the payment and shipping choice is recieved.
